Seeing a few milia-like cysts or comedo-like openings and concluding seb K without examining the entire lesion.
Instead
Always examine the whole lesion systematically. Melanoma can develop pseudo-structures that mimic seb K features in one area while showing concerning features in another. The pattern must be consistent across the entire lesion.
